Waiting time!

Ok, It's now been 3 weeks since I haven't snowboard. The weather here in Whistler isn't the best anyway so that makes it a little easier for me... I'm not missing out on much apparently but it's still really depressing to see everyone going riding every morning and I've got to stay at home!

I'm trying to get snowboarding out of my mind and to stay occupied so I wont have time to think about it... I don't watch snowboard movies anymore, I haven't looked at the Whistler Blackcomb websites in weeks, I try not to run into my friends that are coming back from the hill just so I don't know how awesome it was up there ...

The due date for my surgery is february 28th, I will then go back to Quebec for a couple months to rest, work out, do physio, eat healthy and just to be in an other world then Whistler where everything is about snowboarding...

After coming back from a surgery not even 6 months ago, I learn a lot about it. It's really important to stay positive and not give up. Injuries happens , it's a risk to take when your a snowboarder. What doesn't kill you make you stronger, so I will start an other recovery, I'll put all the efforts that I can for it to go well and that will only make be stronger and will make me see snowboarding on an other way.

It's now time to subscribe to a gym, do physio and try to get the knee and muscle surrounding it as strong as possible for next season.
